Factory overview
We are one of the worldwide leaders in the production of color glass filters. Our production area and workshops cover an area of more than 7000 m².
We ahve two workshops:
1°: melting area in which we melt more than 170 different types of glass materials
2°: processing area in with polishing machine and cleaning rooms
Our main advantages

- We melt the optical glass filter material by ourself so we have under control 100% of our production.
- We can develep new filters according to customer specifications.
- We could conveniently adjust the raw material production plan in case of urgent orders if required.
- we have a large stock of raw material in our wharehoue
- There is no need to to worry about the lack of raw material leading to the stop of production, we do all internally.
- Production flow 100% under control: raw material, semi-finish, grinding, lapping, polishing, coating.
- Optical filters and glasses are handled in cleaning rooms in order to prevent contaminations and pollution.
